Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the IMOHSCOLLECTIONZ website and place an order with us. By ordering you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

You need an account to place an order. When you place an order, you are asking us to sell you the items. You are not charged at that point.

We then work out delivery for your address and send you the final total. Your order is agreed once you accept that total and we confirm your payment (or, for cash on delivery, accept your order). We may decline or cancel an order if an item is not available, an address cannot be reached, or something looks wrong, and if we have been paid we will refund you in full.

Prices are set in naira and shown in the currency you choose using a recent exchange rate. That rate is for guidance until we send your delivery quote. When we quote, the rate is locked, so the total in your currency does not change after that.

We take care to price everything correctly. If we find a price is clearly wrong, we will tell you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Delivery is not included in item prices. We quote it for each order once we know where it is going. In Lagos, Nigeria, we deliver the same day. Everywhere else we deliver worldwide.

We will send you tracking details when we have them. You are responsible for giving a correct and complete address and a phone number we can reach. Extra costs caused by a wrong address may be passed on to you.

You pay by bank transfer to the account shown on your order page once your total is ready, using your order number as the payment reference. Our team checks each payment by hand. Items are set aside for you once your payment is confirmed.

Customers in Lagos can choose to pay in cash when the order is delivered. If you choose cash, please have the exact amount ready.

You can cancel an order yourself from your order page until we have confirmed your payment. After that, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If something is wrong with your order, or you need to return it, please contact us as soon as you can and we will sort it out with you.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Only customers who have bought an item can review it on the website. Reviews customers give us in person are added by our team and marked “Shared in person”. Please keep reviews honest and civil. We may remove a review that is abusive, unrelated or misleading. When you send us a custom request or message, you are only asking for help. It does not commit you or us to anything.

The photos, words, logo and design of this site belong to IMOHSCOLLECTIONZ or the people who let us use them. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.

We will do what we reasonably can to get you the right items in good condition and on time. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as courier or customs delays. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
