IMOHSCOLLECTIONZ is a shop selling shoes and accessories for men and women. This page explains what we do with the personal information you give us when you browse, create an account, order or write to us.

You can reach us through the contact page, or on +2348023615295. Our address is No 8 Odeku Close, Off Adeniran Ogunsanya, Surulere, Lagos.

• Your account. Your name and email address, kept by our sign-in provider, and the choices you make such as your theme.
• Your orders. The items, your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and any notes you add, plus the order's history.
• Proof of payment. If you upload a receipt or screenshot for a bank transfer, we keep that file with the order.
• Messages and custom requests. What you write to us, your contact details, and any photo you attach.
• Reviews. Your rating and words, shown with your first name and the first letter of your last name.
• Your cart and wishlist. Saved on your device, and with your account once you are signed in.

• To take, price, deliver and follow up your orders, and to tell you about their progress.
• To confirm payments and to keep records of what was sold and to whom.
• To answer your messages and look for the items you ask us to find.
• To keep the shop secure and to prevent fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your information. We use a small number of services to run the shop, and each only receives what it needs.

• Sign-in: Clerk, which handles creating and signing in to your account.
• Database and file storage: Supabase, where orders, products and uploaded files are stored.
• Hosting: Vercel, which serves the website.
• Email: Resend, which sends the emails about your orders.
• Order alerts: a private Telegram chat used only by our team, which shows the name, delivery address and items of new orders so we can act on them.
• Delivery: the riders and couriers who bring your order need your name, address and phone number.

Some of these services process information outside Nigeria. We may also share information if the law requires it.

You pay by bank transfer, or in cash on delivery where we offer it. We never ask for or store card numbers, and the shop has no card payment page.

We use a few small pieces of stored information to make the shop work, not to follow you around the web:

• Your theme (light or dark) and the currency you chose to see prices in.
• Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items, kept in your browser.
• Cookies from our sign-in provider that keep you signed in and protect your account.

You can clear these in your browser settings. Clearing them signs you out and empties the saved items on that device.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the shop, handle any problem with an order and meet our legal and accounting duties. Messages are kept until we have dealt with them and for a reasonable time after. When we no longer need something, we delete it.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop using it in a way you object to. Some records, such as the orders you placed, we may need to keep for a time. To make a request, use the contact page and we will reply.

You can edit your name and email in your account, and remove a review by writing to us.

The shop is for adults to use. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us their details, tell us and we will remove them.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will also be shown on the site.
