How do I measure my foot?
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark. Do this in the evening, when feet are at their largest.
What if I am between two sizes?
Take the larger one. It is easier to add a thin sock or insole than to stretch a shoe that is too small, and clothing is easier to take in than out.
What about children's sizes?
Measure the foot or chest as above and choose a size with a little room to grow, about 1 cm for shoes.
