How do I measure myself?
Measure over light clothing. Chest is the fullest part, waist is the narrowest part of your torso, and hips are the fullest part around your seat. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.
What if I am between two sizes?
Take the larger one. It is easier to add a thin sock or insole than to stretch a shoe that is too small, and clothing is easier to take in than out.
What about children's sizes?
Measure the foot or chest as above and choose a size with a little room to grow, about 1 cm for shoes.
